VeoBulk Privacy Policy

This policy explains what VeoBulk stores, what the Extension processes locally, and how you can request access to or deletion of your account data.

VeoBulk Privacy Policy in VeoBulk

Extension data

The VeoBulk Extension does not send your prompts, generated images, or generated videos to VeoBulk servers. It communicates with Google Flow services from the browser session in which you are signed in.

Local extension storage is used for workflow settings and download preferences. Required browser permissions support storage, downloads, tabs, scripting, alarms, and access to Google Flow service domains.

Website account data

When you create an account, VeoBulk may store your email address, display name, avatar, authentication record, subscription details, and necessary usage records. Passwords created directly with VeoBulk are stored as secure hashes, not plain text.

Desktop App

The Desktop App stores workflow settings and project files on your device. Authentication and subscription checks are sent securely to VeoBulk. Google Flow requests use the Google session that you sign in to within the app.

Sharing and security

VeoBulk does not sell personal information. Data is shared only with services required to provide authentication, payments, or requested functionality, or when legally required. The website uses HTTPS and protected session cookies.

Your rights and contact

You may request a copy or deletion of your VeoBulk account data. Contact nghoa.work@gmail.com for privacy questions or account deletion. Uninstalling the Extension removes its extension-managed local storage according to browser behavior.
