VeoBulk Privacy Policy

The VeoBulk Extension does not send your prompts, generated images, generated videos, or Google Flow authentication data to VeoBulk servers. It communicates directly with Google Flow services from the browser session in which you are signed in.

The Extension temporarily processes your Google Flow session and access token in memory to perform requests you initiate. Required browser permissions support downloads, tabs, scripting, request headers, and access to the Google Flow service domains labs.google, flow.google.com, aisandbox-pa.googleapis.com, and flow-content.google.

When you create an account, VeoBulk may store your email address, display name, avatar, authentication record, subscription details, and necessary usage records. Passwords created directly with VeoBulk are stored as secure hashes, not plain text.

On public website pages, VeoBulk records page URLs, referrer and UTM attribution, country, device/browser category, and Extension or Desktop download clicks so we can understand acquisition and conversion. Raw IP addresses are not stored; visitor and session identifiers are one-way hashed.

App, admin, API, login, and registration areas are excluded. Analytics events are automatically deleted after 180 days.

The Desktop App stores workflow settings and project files on your device. Authentication and subscription checks are sent securely to VeoBulk. Google Flow requests use the Google session that you sign in to within the app.

VeoBulk does not sell personal information. Data is shared only with services required to provide authentication, payments, or requested functionality, or when legally required. The website uses HTTPS and protected session cookies.

You may request a copy or deletion of your VeoBulk account data. Contact nghoa.work@gmail.com for privacy questions or account deletion. Uninstalling the Extension removes its extension-managed local storage according to browser behavior.
